本篇主要是基于最近帮助朋友在 Android 中使用 asmack 库实现文件的接收和发送 功能时，写了个参考示例，这里做个记录，以便于自己以后参考。

一个应用往往包含很多activities．每个activity都应围绕着用户可执行的特定动作来设计，并且可以启动其它activitie．例如，一个email应用可能可能有一个显示新邮件列表的activity．当用户选择一个邮件，一个新的activity被打开以显示邮件内容．
watch [options] command
The watch program executes a given command at regular inter-vals; the default is every two seconds. The command is passed to the shell (so be sure to quote or escape any special characters), and the results are displayed in a full-screen mode, so you can observe the output conveniently and see what has changed. For example,
每隔一段时间重复运行一个命令，默认间隔时间是2秒。要运行的命令直接传给shell（注意引用和转义特殊字符）。结果会展示为全屏模式，这样你可以很方便的观察改变。例如:
XenServer 6 is a solid virtualization platform, but the installer doesn’t give you many options for customized configurations. By default, it installs with a 4GB root partition and uses GUID Partition Tables (GPT). GPT is new in XenServer 6.
在XenServer的较早前版本（6.0以前）中，启动XenServer时，可以选择自动启动在其中安装的虚拟机。这个功能在XenServer 6.0中被Citrix取消了，原因是会干扰到XenServer的HA（高可用性）和Failover（故障转移）功能的兼容性。但是，如果只运行一个XenServer，这个功能还是非常好的。
有时候我们在做维护的时候，总会遇到类似于IO特别高，但不能判定是IO瓶颈还是软件参数设置不当导致热盘的问题.这时候通常希望能知道磁盘的读写速度，来进行下一步的决策.
